It's a very sparkly card, die cuts made with sparkle card and the image is colourd with Spectrum noir sparkle pens. I tried to photograph it so you could see all the lovely sparkle - but it's made the colouring look a bit odd!! - not like that IRL - can't have everything I suppose lol
This is what I did....
6x6 inch card
Image - Happy Christmas penguins from all dressed up
coloured with Spectrum Noir sparkle pens
colours - Clear, black, Aquamarine, Harvest Moon,
Dies - Wild Rose snowflake corner ( cut 4 times to make a border)
Memory box - Frosty borner
Whimsy Snowflake seal
Glitter card in pale blue - (very old from create and craft)
