I have used this cute little guy - Wanted Mickey Monkey available here
together with the Sweet on You sentiment set - available here
I used a Sizzix stepper card set to create the card - it includes lots of dies to cut embellies too
I kept it fairly simple but you could really go to town on these steps!
This is what I did.....

Coloured with - spectrum noir pens and pencils
Papers - My minds eye lost and found heirloom
Dies - including the card shape - sizzix hearts step up
Black card - Crafter's Companion
