Oh my goodness this is such a busy blogging week
Can't remember a time when I had so many cards to show in such a short time - and its not over yet!!
Todays challenge at the paper shelter is
I just fell in love with this gorgeous image and the matching paper when it was released at The paper Shelter last week - yes its totally brand new!!
Its called Christmas Candy and is available here
I decided to use the pre-coloured image to save myself some time as I had so many challenge cards to make this week. It would also be great for making lots of Christmas cards en masse. I simply printed off the coloured image and the matching paper - distressed around the edges with distress ink and thn slightly with my TH distressing tool. I then mounted onto Kraft card for that shabby look - and added a couple of sentiment labels and some embellies and ribbon - it was really quick and easy to makeHere's what I did .....
Image and papers - Christmas Candy from the paper shelter
Seam binding ribbon from crafty ribbons
Sentiment tags - LOTV Christmas tags
Twine from my stash
Beige pearls - lillibet gems from trim craft
Wooden star and snowflakes from Kars
Hope we see you joining in with us at TPS this week
